Jewells Boutique  accepts returns for store credit or even excange only on NEW/UNWORN clothing with original tags attached within 14 days from when your order was received.

In order for us to accept a return, your item must be unused with tags attached, scent free and unwashed.

We are sorry but we do not accept return or exchanges on earrings, intimates & Sale Items

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We highly suggest using a tracking number for returns as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
