Make sure you are shipping to a secure location, Jewells Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All packages are shipped with tracking info.

You are responsible for entering the correct address for your package. Any return packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

Returns Policy

Jewells Boutique is a Small Business and stocks limited amounts of inventory and because of that we cannot always offer exchanges for different sizes, unless one is available.

We accept returns for STORE CREDIT, in the form of an e-giftcard, or even excange only, if item is available, on NEW/UNWORN clothing with original TAGS ATTACHED within 14 days from when your order was received.

In order for us to accept a return, your item must be unused with tags attached, scent free and unwashed.

We are sorry but we do not accept return or exchanges on earrings, intimates & Sale Items

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless you live local and can bring it in person.

We highly suggest using a tracking number for returns as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
